Filters are being used in a vast range of applications in both the domestic and industrial markets.  Filters are increasingly used on domestic water supply to remove suspended solids, bacteria and virus as well as chlorine and organics. 

Industrial applications of filters are infinite.  Common applications include pre-filtration for ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, laboratory filtration and air cleaning.  Filters are used in compressed gas and liquid applications as well technologically advanced systems such as gas turbines, and pre-coat polishers in power generation.
